The purpose of this bill is to amend the West Virginia Code in relation to juvenile abuse and neglect proceedings to require that circuit courts make certain findings of fact and conclusions of law as it relates to the court's orders.This bill was recommended for introduction by the Joint Committee on Children and Families.
