
Modify determination of high 3 years for Sheriff’s Retirement System

The purpose of this bill is to compute the final average salary of a member of the West Virginia Deputy Sheriff Retirement Fund based on the average of the highest annual compensation received for covered employment by the member in any three plan years within the member's last 10 years of service. Current law is based on five consecutive year.
